The people behind the shop
Brothers Michael and Mark own Yota Pros and run the shop themselves.
Michael worked in Toyota service. Mark worked at Ford, then Toyota. In the summer of 2012 they opened their own shop in Tempe, built around Toyotas. Their brother Wes joined in 2016. [CONFIRM WITH SHOP: Wes's current role at the shop]
