How Yota Pros started
Michael and Mark grew up in their family's trucking business. That's where they learned what taking care of customers takes.
Both started out in motorcycle service. Michael worked on Japanese bikes. Mark worked on Harley-Davidsons.
A few years later, both moved to cars. Michael went to work for Toyota. Mark started at Ford, and later the brothers worked together again at Toyota.
They wanted a shop of their own. With a lot of hard work and planning, they opened Yota Pros in Tempe in the summer of 2012.
Their younger brother Wes joined in April 2016. Wes grew up in the same trucking business and worked in motorcycles and at Ford.
The shop's core belief: take care of what each car needs, and what the person driving the car needs too. Do work that lifts the name of auto repair as a whole.
Michael and Mark's rule for the shop: "Treat your customers the way you wish to be treated and they will continue to do business with you."
